Fabrik apartment
The apartment is located in an actively developing part of the city. This affected the interior space of the room. The interior was inspired by the principles inherent in the housing of a modern metropolis. This is functional minimalism endowed with its own charisma. Each part of the apartment is designed for the personal needs of the owner. A light and warm shade of gray is the basic color of the project, textured plaster adds an accent on some walls, and furniture elements made of dark wood create a special atmosphere inherent in the interiors of the quiet luxury style.

Floor plan
The layout from the developer was quite typical for an apartment of this configuration. The most successful solution was to combine two rooms into a large common space. This way, we got a spacious open space with a kitchen, dining room, living room and technical room, as well as a division into common and private parts of the apartment. The private area includes a children's bedroom, two bathrooms and a master bedroom in which, at the owner's request, there are a dressing room and a separate work area.
